A
API - Application Programming Interface. An API is a set of protocols and tools that allows different software applications to communicate and interact with each other.

Custom Product - A Custom Product is a product created by the application of a user's design to a Supplier Product.
D
Deboss - Deboss is a decoration method that involves creating an etched metal die and then pressing (debossing) the artwork onto a product’s surface through the application of heat, pressure, and/or radio frequency.
Direct-To-Film (DTF) Printing - A digital printing method used for transferring designs onto various surfaces, particularly textiles. It is an alternative to traditional screen printing and heat transfer methods.
Direct-To-Garment (DTG) Printing - A digital printing method used to print high-quality designs directly onto textiles, primarily garments like t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel items. It offers a convenient and efficient way to produce custom prints with intricate details, gradients, and vibrant colors.
Dropshipping - A fulfillment method in ecommerce where a retailer does not keep products in stock. Instead, when a customer places an order, the retailer purchases the product from a third-party supplier, who then ships it directly to the customer.

Ecommerce - Electronic commerce, commonly known as ecommerce, refers to the buying and selling of goods and services over the internet. It encompasses online retail stores, online marketplaces, and other digital platforms that facilitate online transactions.
Embroidery - A method of decorating textiles by stitching designs using thread or yarn. Embroidery is commonly used to add logos, monograms, or decorative patterns to garments, hats, bags, and other fabric-based products.

Heat Transfer - A method of applying designs or graphics onto various surfaces, primarily textiles, through the use of heat and pressure. It involves transferring a printed image from a transfer paper or vinyl to the target material.

Laser Engraving - Laser engraving is the process of etching artwork directly into the product’s surface. This decoration method is perfect for rendering intricate designs on metal and ceramic substrates, such as drinkware, pens, and technology products.
P
Pad Printing - Pad print is the process of transferring ink from an etched plate to an item usually by means of a rubber or silicone pad.
PMS Colors - PMS (Pantone Matching System) is a standardized color matching system used in printing and design, assigning unique numbers to specific colors. Hex and RGB are digital color representations used on screens. PMS provides consistency in print, while hex and RGB are used for web and digital design.
Print-on-Demand (POD) - A business model where products, such as t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and posters, are only manufactured and produced when an order is received. This eliminates the need for inventory management and allows for customization and personalization of products.
Promotional Products - Items imprinted with a company's logo or slogan, typically used for marketing and promotional purposes. Common promotional products include pens, t-shirts, bags, and calendars, which are given away to raise brand awareness and attract customers.

Screen Printing - A printing technique where ink is pressed through a mesh screen onto a substrate, creating a printed design. Screen printing is commonly used for apparel, such as t-shirts and hoodies, and provides vibrant and durable prints.
Sublimation - A printing technique that uses heat to transfer dye onto various materials, particularly fabrics and other polyester-based surfaces. It is a popular method for creating high-quality, vibrant, and long-lasting prints on textiles, apparel, ceramics, metal, and other substrates.
Supplier Product - A Supplier Product is a product in the Safsira Catalog that can be used to create a Custom Product with a user-supplied design.
U
Ultraviolet (UV) Printing - A digital printing method that utilizes ultraviolet light to cure or dry inks or coatings instantly. This process involves the use of UV-curable inks that are formulated to dry quickly when exposed to ultraviolet light.
